Introduction
Aamchowk Tea and Coffee Cooperative Limited was established by registering (Reg. no 2-077/078) in the office of Aamchowk Rural Municipality in on 2077/06/14. This cooperative is located in Aamchowk Rural Municipality Ward No. 4 of Bhojpur district. In accordance with the prevailing cooperative principles and values, this cooperative was established to increase the income level of low-income farmers by producing organic tea and coffee in rural areas and minimizing the impact of chemical production on the health and environment of all consumers. The objective of this cooperative is to encourage the production of tea and coffee by members and collect the products for collective selling, and to conduct economic and non-economic activities based on the needs of the members by collecting local resources, knowledge, skills and information. Currently, a total of 930 members, including 650 men and 280 women, are affiliated with this cooperative.

The cooperative provides training, technical support, and market access to local farmers, enabling them to improve their productivity and income. By affiliating with the National Tea and Coffee Development Board, Nepal, and the Central Tea Cooperative Federation (CTCF) Nepal, the cooperative gains access to broader networks, resources, and policy advocacy, further strengthening its role in Nepal’s tea and coffee sector.

आमचोक चिया तथा कफि सहकारी संस्था लिमिटेड, वि.सं.२०७७÷०६÷१४ मा आमचोक गाँउपालिकाको कार्यालयमा दर्ता भइ (२—०७७÷०७८) स्थापना भएको सहकारी हो । यो सहकारी भोजपुर जिल्लाको आमचोक गाँउपालिका वडा नं. ४ मा अवस्थित छ । प्रचलित सहकारी सिद्धान्त र मुल्यमान्यता अनुरुप ग्रामिण क्षेत्रमा अर्गानिक चिया र कफि उत्पादन गरेर समग्र उपभोक्ताहरुको स्वास्थ्य तथा वातावरणमा समेत रासायनिक उत्पादनले पारिरहेको असरलाई न्यूनिकरण गर्दे अर्गानिक चिया तथा कफि उत्पादन गरी निम्न आय स्तर भएका कृषकहरुको आय स्तरमा बृद्धि गर्न यो सहकारी स्थापना भएको हो । सदस्यहरुको चिया तथा कफि उत्पादन प्रोत्साहन गरि उत्पादित बस्तुको संकलन गर्ने, स्थानीय श्रोत साधन, ज्ञान सीप र सुचनालाई एकत्रित गरी सदस्यहरुको आवश्यकतामा आधारित आर्थिक तथा गैर आर्थिक क्रियाकलापहरु संचालन गरी सदस्यहरुको आर्थिक, सामाजिक, शैक्षिक तथा सास्कृतिक विकास गर्ने उदेश्य रहेको छ । यस सहकारीमा हाल ६५० पुरुष तथा २८० महिला गरि कुल ९३० सदस्यहरु आवद्ध रहेको छ।
