Marketing Facilitation Desk (MFD)

Marketing Facilitation Desk (MFD) is separate unit established under CTCF Nepal to support the tea cooperative especially in the marketing of their made tea. This desk provides the details information about the producers' cooperatives to the interested buyers. Marketing facilitation desk collects the tea sample and conduct tea tasting program in the tea tasting lab and distributes to the different potential buyer nationally and internationally. To make effective service of MFD, CTCF Nepal has prepared all necessary documents like as EXIM code, Rex Code to facilitate export business. As a result CTCF Nepal is continuously facilitating its member cooperative for export tea on the behalf of member cooperatives in different counties with nominal service charges. This MDF also provides tea related information to the academicians for research purpose. Tea Tasting Lab and Library facilities are available under this desk in the head office (Ilam) of CTCF Nepal
