Introduction
Ratnachowk Tea Producers Cooperative Society was established in 2069 B.S. with the objective of professionalized the tea farmers of its coverage area Suryodaya Municipality ward no 10 of Ilam district. Currently there are 170 tea farmer including 60 female affiliated in the cooperatives. This cooperative is located at Suryodaya Municipality 10 Aahale Fikkal. Embracing the principles of cooperatives and their basic values and norms, this cooperative is actively working to bring improvements in the living standards of its members, mainly through encouraging tea production, collecting and selling green tea leaves produced by its member, and providing financial and non-financial services. This cooperative is affiliated with the District Cooperative Federation, Tea Producers Cooperative Federation, Central Tea Cooperative Federation CTCF Nepal.

- Collective selling of green leaf tea
- Saving and service facilities
- Technical support to tea farmer
