Phulek Tea Producer Cooperative Society Ltd was established in 2066 BS. This coperative is located in Laliguras Municipality 04, Terathum district. Currently there are 30 members affiliated in this cooperative. In accordance with prevailing cooperative principles and values, Phulek Tea Producer Cooperative Society Ltd. aim to produce organic tea in rural areas to improve overall consumer health and reduce the environmental impact caused by chemical-based production.
By cultivating organic tea, Phulek Tea Producer Cooperative Society Ltd. seek to enhance the income levels of low-income farmers, enabling them to sustainably fulfill their basic needs. To achieve this, Phulek Tea Producer Cooperative Society Ltd. organized themselves, bringing together available resources, locally produced or collected materials, skills, knowledge, and information. The goal of this cooperative is to foster socio-economic and cultural development based on needs.
Objectives:
